Marketing Coordinator – Sales Support
Job Mission:
Coordinate sales support initiatives by organizing marketing events and managing daily marketing operations to drive organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute logistics for conferences, workshops, and marketing events
- Manage event registrations and ensure compliance with legal/fiscal requirements
- Maintain organized records of all marketing activities and documentation
- Oversee production and inventory of marketing collateral
- Develop sales support materials for field teams
- Coordinate with external vendors including ad agencies and print suppliers
- Provide logistical support to sales teams
- Maintain customer databases and monitor competitor activity
Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- South African citizenship preferred
